Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

If you change your mind, eligible items may be returned for store credit or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for store credit or an exchange, items must be returned:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In their original condition
  • With all original tags intact
  • With all original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these conditions.

Store Credit & Exchanges

Once your return has been received, please allow 3–5 business days for your store credit or exchange to be processed.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested item is unavailable, we will contact you regarding the available options.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or does not match its description, please contact us so we can assist you.

Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement or other remedy as required under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this Returns & Refunds Policy excludes, restricts or limits any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
